Terms of service

These terms apply when you use www.radhavatech.com or any Radhava Tech software product or service. The service is provided by Radhava Tech (sole proprietorship), India. By creating an account, paying, or using our services you agree to these terms. If you use them for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Our services

• Subscriptions: our products used online, billed monthly or yearly.
• Installs: a ready-to-run copy of a product set up on your own device, computer or server.
• Software bought online: licences, downloads or source code, as described on each product page.
• Setup, training, support and custom development: as described in your quote.

Features and prices are shown on each product's page or in your order or quote. A quote you accept forms part of these terms; if they differ, the quote wins for that work.

Free trials and demos

Demo addresses (ending in -demo) are for trying our products with made-up sample data. They are reset to the sample data every Friday night, so never enter real customer data or rely on anything you save there.

Your account

• Give correct information and keep your logins, PINs and devices safe.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your staff's use of it. Give each staff member their own login or PIN and remove it when they leave.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services for anything illegal; to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them; to store data you have no right to hold; to harm others; or to try to copy, break into, reverse-engineer or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do, and we will tell you why.

Your responsibilities for your customers' data

When you keep records about your own customers, staff, guests, parents or students in our products, you decide what is stored and you must have the right to store it and to message those people — including parental consent for children's data where the law requires it. We process that data for you as described in our privacy policy.

Offline and on-site use

Counter and staff apps work on a tablet, phone, laptop or shop computer even without internet, and send their records to our cloud when they are back online. Records made offline are only on that device until it syncs, so connect it to the internet regularly, and keep the device charged, locked and safe. For installs on your own computer or server, you are responsible for that machine, its security, power and backups.

Payments and taxes

• Prices are in the currency shown on your order or quote. Taxes (for example GST for customers in India) are added as applicable and shown on your invoice.
• Subscriptions renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will tell you before a yearly plan renews.
• WhatsApp and SMS message charges, payment-gateway fees and ad spend are extra unless your plan says they are included.
• If a payment is not made, we will remind you; after 7 days we may pause the service until it is paid. Your data is kept safe while paused.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. The price you have already paid for a period does not change.

Your data

You own the data you put into our products. You can export it at any time and for 90 days after your service ends; after that we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Software licences

Our products, and software bought from our online store, are licensed, not sold. You may use them for your own business under the licence shown at purchase or in your quote. Do not copy, resell, rent or share them with other businesses unless your licence allows it. Source-code purchases may be changed for your own business but not resold unless the licence says so. Custom work belongs to you as set out in your quote once it is fully paid; our ready-made products and shared building blocks stay ours.

AI features

Some features suggest text with the help of AI (for example offer messages). Check suggestions before you use them; you are responsible for what you send.

Third-party services

Some features rely on other providers, such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, Google, Cloudflare or app stores. Their terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, rule changes or charges.

Availability and support

We work hard to keep our services available and your data safe, but we cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We announce planned maintenance where possible and schedule it outside busy hours. Support is available during our working hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (UTC+5:30)) through our Contact page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, or for losses caused by events outside our control (such as power or internet failures, natural disasters or government action).

Ending the service

You may stop using our services at any time — see our refunds & cancellation policy. We may end or suspend a service if these terms are seriously broken, if payment is not made, or if the law requires it; except in urgent cases we will warn you first and give you time to export your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell customers at least 15 days before they apply. The latest version is always on this page with its date.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to you; if that does not work within 30 days, the courts at our place of business in India will have jurisdiction.
